I brought my 2011 Silverado in for an oil change and front brake pad replacement. Brian the Customer Service Representative suggested an oil change and a multipoint vehicle instead. A few minutes later He came back and told me the brakes look fine. He suggested the vehicle could use fuel induction/ injection as well as cooling system service. I agreed to the service and went outside to window shop for my next purchase. Two hours later the vehicle maintenance service was done and I was ready for my next visit to the service department. I brought in my 2011 Chevy Equinox because the air conditioning was blowing warm air. The condenser needed to be replaced since it was leaking freon. Mike from Service was courteous, prompt with updates, and also corrected a recall item and had my car inspected, the new 2014 sticker put on my windshield, and had my car washed for me.
